Announcements

WEDNESDAY ACTIVITIES
We have something for everyone in the family to get involved in! For more information, go to Midweek.
  • Midweek Connection in the ROC Dining Room: Bible study and prayer begin at 12 pm and lunch is available beginning at 11:30 am. Join us for a time in God's Word!
  • Family Dinners: 5:15 pm in the ROC Dining Room
  • Children (K-5th Grade) Bible Study/Crafts: 6-7 pm in the ROC; Need to register and fill out a permission slip to be picked up.
  • Students Resurgence (6th – 12th) Bible Study: 6:30 – 8 pm upstairs in ROC
  • Adult Worship Choir: 6:30 - 8 pm in the MC Choir Room

SUNDAY NIGHT ACTIVITIES
  • WAK (Worship Arts for Kids), 4 - 4:45 pm, Choir Room - WAK is the Children’s Music Ministry at First Baptist Church Terrell, with the mission to train up the next generations of worship leaders, worshipers, and church musicians for the glory of God and for the good of His church! In WAK, children get to learn about WHY we worship and HOW we worship using the great hymns and worship songs of our faith, scripture about worship, and fun music activities!
  • Mission Kitchen, 5 - 6:45 pm, ROC - Get creative with your cooking skills and whip up delicious treats that will leave a positive impact on those around you. Mission Kitchen isn’t just about cooking; it’s a chance to make a difference and become a force for good. Your culinary creations will become symbols of kindness and compassion, helping you build meaningful connections and spread positivity everywhere you go!
  • Adult Bible Study- Cross Cultural Evangelism, 5-6 pm, MC 111W

"KING OF KINGS"
FREE movie event for the whole family on Friday, April 18  at Film Alley! Movie starts at 9 am! This free event includes FREE popcorn and drink (for children only). All children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required so register TODAY on the home page!

JOIN US FOR EASTER 2025
  • Egg Hunt - Saturday, April 19 at 10 am on the lawn of the church. There will be bounce houses, snowcones, and Easter egg hunting!
  • Services - Two services on Sunday, April 20 at 8 am and 10:30 am with LifeGroups at 9:15 am. Join us as we worship the risen Savior!
 
EASTER EGG DONATIONS NEEDED
Seeking donations of plastic eggs, candy, toys, or monetary to buy in bulk. Please bring donations by April 17. You may place your donations in baskets located outside the church office.

FIRST SUNDAY BREAKFAST
Come join us for a great country breakfast and fellowship on Sunday, April 6 in the ROC Dining Room! Guest speaker will be Dr. Warnock. Breakfast serving begins at 7:45 am.

LEGACY MAKERS EVENTS
  • Happy Days – 3 pm matinee performance on Saturday, April 26 at the Plaza Theater in Cleburne. Tickets are $29 each and limited tickets are available. Please register and pay in the church office.
  • Fun Food Fellowship - Join the Legacy Makers for a day of fun, food, and fellowship on Thursday, April 10.  Bring a dish to share, a friend, and be prepared to have fun. The fun begins as early as 10:30 am and usually ends before 3 pm.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY EVENTS
  • Women's Spring Bible Study - Unwavering beginning Monday, April 7 at 6 pm in MC 111W. In this six-session video Bible study, Stasi Eldredge invites us with courage, candor, and tender vulnerability to a place beyond sadness or happiness. Using stories from Scripture, she expands on lessons from her book, Defiant Joy, to help us maintain a posture of holy defiance that neither denies nor diminishes our pain but dares us to live with expectant, unwavering hope.
  • Game Night – Come enjoy a night of fun and laughs on Friday, April 11 at 6 pm in the ROC Game Room. Bring a friend, a game and a snack!
