Worship at FBC Terrell is more than just an experience on Sunday mornings. Worship is our response to the Triune God's sovereignty and faithfulness, and our lives show it. The Music and Worship Ministry of FBC Terrell strives to help each believer grow in their own calling to worship God in our deeds and actions. Thus, there is a place for EVERYONE in the Music and Worship Ministry of FBC Terrell!

WAYS TO SERVE
Worship Choir
Our Worship Choir rehearses Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the sanctuary. The choir helps lead worship on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 am worship service, as well as special presentations for Easter and Christmas. High Schoolers thru Adults are welcomed to join at any time!
FBC Terrell Worship Collective (Worship Band, Orchestra, and Vocal Team)
The FBC Terrell Worship Collective rehearse on Sunday mornings at 8:30 am in the Worship Center. This team help lead worship on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 am worship service, as well as special presentations for Easter and Christmas. Potential members interested in joining the Worship Band section must meet with the Minister of Music and Media before joining, and we ask all Vocal Team members to be members of the Worship Choir as well. High Schoolers thru Adults who wants to play an orchestral instrument are welcomed to join, but we do ask for 3 years of orchestra or concert band experience.
Handbell Ministry
The Handbell Ministry of First Baptist Church Terrell offers a different type of instrumental worship using handbells to praise the Lord. We currently have one handbell choir that meets on Sundays at 3:00-3:45, but we are hoping to continue to grow! Please contact Caleb for more information!
Media
This group of faithful volunteers help us run our media ministry during worship and special events. Media helps us bring a sense of oneness and direction to the flow of worship, and we are thankful for those that serve in this area. If you want to serve on our media team, contact us!
Worship Arts for Kids (WAK)
We also have our Children’s Music Ministry called “Worship Arts for Kids”! This ministry has a focus to teach children about worship and why we sing! We learn hymns and worship songs, fun songs and games, and activities that help build up the next generation of worshipers and worship leaders! This group is for children ages 5 (Kindergarten) thru 6th Grade, and they meet on Sunday afternoons from 4:00-4:45 in the choir room! For more information, contact Caleb!
