LEADERSHIP

John Lowrie has served as our Senior Pastor since 2006. God has done some awesome things in our church under John's leadership. John is married to Kristi, and they have three children: John David, Ashlyn, and Abbi. John previously served as Pastor at First Baptist church of Abernathy, Texas. John is a graduate of Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. By the way, John is a BIG Ranger's fan. 

Caleb is a native of Springdale, Arkansas and joined the staff of First Baptist Church Terrell in June 2023. Caleb grew up in a Strong Christian and Musical family, accepting Jesus as His savior on June 26, 2003 at the age of 8. Before serving at First Baptist Church Terrell, Caleb has served on staff at churches in Arkansas and Texas. He also has served as a public school music educator in Arkansas. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education (2019) from the University of Arkansas, and a Master of Music in Worship Leadership (2023) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Luke is our Minister of Students and Recreation. He leads the FBCT Student Ministry as well as the FBCT Recreational Ministry. Luke is from Canton, TX, got his Associate of Arts in General Studies from Tyler Junior College, got his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas, and intends to pursue a master's degree from seminary in the very near future. Luke loves sports, movies, all types of games, and many more. 

Carol joined the FBC Terrell staff in September 2020 as Interim Minister of Children. After serving as a volunteer and holding leadership roles in AWANA, VBS, and Operation Christmas Child, Carol felt God calling her to serve on the next level. Carol is married to Eino and they have four daughters, Madison, Tess, Grayce, and Olivia and have been members since 2003.

Sandra is our Director of Finance and processes the financial transactions that flow through our church. Sandra and her husband, Jimmy, have been members of FBC Terrell since 2003. They have three grown children - Jeremy, Karissa and Jamii -- and four grandchildren -- Kolton, Kendallyn, Rylan and Lillian. 

Kim is our Director of Church Membership and Publishing. She maintains our membership records and prepares the various publications, artwork, and mail outs for our church. Kim and her husband, Stephen, have two adult children and three grandchildren, Anastasia, Alyona, and Landyn.
