Faithful and Fit
"Don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought at a price. So glorify God with your body." - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Our purpose is to glorify our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ by offering exercise to strengthen the body, uplifting music to nourish the soul plus time in His Word, and fellowship to keep you motivated.
Mondays at 5:30 pm in the ROC Gym
We start the evening with a short devotional and every week offer a different type of workout, mostly done by video, which include chair aerobics, light intensity, weights/toning, and walking. Walking always available before and after the workouts.
