10 Weekly Spiritual Habits: A Guide to Cultivation

At First Baptist we celebrate the fact that even the youngest child can learn about the love of Jesus so we offer Sunday to Preschoolers from birth to age 4, in addition to our K – Grade 5 classrooms. Screened, trained, caring adults help your kids learn the truths of the Bible in a fun, loving environment. All classes start at 9:15 AM.

During Sunday morning worship, our facility is staffed by both childcare staff and volunteers from our congregation who love children and want to provide quality care for our youngest so their families can worship together knowing their children are well cared for.

Nursery and preschool care through age 4 (before Sept. 1st of the current school year) is provided for all scheduled worship and church activities. All individuals, paid or volunteer must complete our Child Protection Training Course and submit to a back-ground check before they are allowed to participate in Preschool or KIDministries.

Worship arts for Kids

Howdy, young musicians (Kindergarten - 5th grade)! Come join us every Sunday afternoon from 4:00-4:45 for Worship Arts for Kids (WAK)!

In WAK, children get to learn about WHY we worship and HOW we worship using the great hymns and worship songs of our faith, scripture about worship, and fun music activities!

Each semester, the WAK choir will prepare music for worship and for special services like Merry Christmas Terrell and for a special Spring program!

Come, and join the song! Every Sunday, 4:00 pm, in the Choir Room in the Main building!
