Prayer Ministry

And he was teaching them and saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations’”? - Mark 1:17 (ESV)

Effective prayer and a ministry of prayer are essential to a healthy, growing church. Be part of the emerging effort to empower our church through prayer. Gloria Williams is serving as the new Director for our Prayer Ministry. Join her in one or more options to be an active part of organized prayer.

  • A “virtual” prayer group on Realm, committing to pray at a given day/time, for a specified duration, from wherever you may happen to be (15-minute to 1-hour slots, choosing what works best for you)
  • A weekday prayer group to meet at church (practicing COVID protection measures)
  • Prayer during worship for 8:00 and 10:30 services (practicing COVID protection measures)

As we build momentum with our prayer group, we will also be preparing to re-open the prayer room (as COVID recedes) as well as engaging in special emphases of prayer. Will you join us? Contact Gloria Williams or the church office to sign-up to be part of the ministry or for questions you may have.
